SAM AND DEAN MEET ANNA, A GIRL WHO CAN HEAR THE ANGELS Ruby (guest star Genevieve Cortese) tells Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) that a powerful demon named Alastair (guest star Mark Rolston) is searching for a girl named Anna (guest star Julie McNiven) who can hear the angels' conversations. The three set out to find Anna but once they do, Alastair attacks them and Ruby escapes with the girl. Believing they were set up, Dean lashes out at Sam for trusting Ruby, so Sam tells him what happened during those months Dean was in Hell and how Ruby saved his life. Castiel (guest star Misha Collins) and Uriel (guest star Robert Wisdom) return and demand to be taken to Anna but not for the reason Dean thinks.

SAM E DEAN ENCONTRAM ANNA, UMA GAROTA QUE PODE OUVIR ANJOS - Ruby (atriz convidada Genevieve Cortese) diz a Sam (Jared Padalecki) e Dean (Jensen Ackles) que um demônio poderoso chamado Alastair (ator convidado Mark Rolston) está procurando uma garota chamada Anna (atriz convidada Julie McNiven) que pode ouvir as conversas dos anjos. Os três partem para encontrar Anna mas assim que conseguem, Alastair os ataca e Ruby foge com a garota. Acreditando que eles armaram algo, Dean dá uma bronca em Sam por confiar em Rubby, e assim Sam conta a ele o que aconteceu durante aqueles meses que Dean esteve no inferno e como Rubby salvara a vida dele. Castiel (convidado Misha Collins) e Uriel (convidado Robert Wisdom) retornam e exigem que lhes entreguem Anna mas não pelas razões que Dean pensa.
